1. Privacy & Confidentiality Policy

At Seek’n Serenity, your privacy is sacred. Every conversation, form, and communication shared—whether online or in-person—is treated with the highest level of confidentiality.

Client Information: All personal and session details are strictly confidential and will never be shared, sold, or disclosed to any third party without your written consent, except as required by law (such as imminent risk of harm to self or others, court order, or legal mandate).

Digital Security: Online sessions are conducted via secure, encrypted platforms. Client files are stored in password-protected systems compliant with U.S. privacy standards.

Boundaries of Coaching: Coaching is not therapy. Therefore, while privacy is a top priority, Seek’n Serenity does not maintain medical records and cannot release information to healthcare entities.

Recording: Sessions may not be recorded by either party without written consent.

Mutual Trust: We honor this space as one built on mutual respect, honesty, and emotional safety. What’s shared here stays here.

2. Refund Policy

Because coaching requires time, energy, and preparation before each session, all sales are considered final. However, fairness and integrity guide our approach.

Individual Sessions: Payments for single sessions are non-refundable once booking is confirmed.

Coaching Packages: Packages may be canceled for a partial refund (less a 15% administrative fee) only before the first session begins. Once coaching has started, refunds are not permitted, but remaining sessions may be credited toward future dates or transferred to another service within 6 months.

Workshops & Events: Deposits and payments for group coaching, retreats, or events are non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant with written approval.

Force Majeure: In the unlikely event Seek’n Serenity must cancel a session or program due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, emergency, or natural event), you will receive a full credit or reschedule option.

3. Cancellation Policy

Life happens—but respect for both our time is essential.

Notice Requirement: Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment.

Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

No-Show Policy: Missed sessions without notice are considered a “no-show” and non-refundable.

Emergencies: In true emergencies (medical, family crisis, etc.), exceptions may be made at the coach’s discretion. Communication is key.

Coach Cancellations: Should Seek’n Serenity need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, you will be notified promptly and offered a new date or credit toward your next session.

4. Rescheduling Policy

Consistency is key to transformation, but flexibility matters too.

Rescheduling Window: Clients may reschedule one time per session with at least 24 hours’ notice, at no additional cost.

Multiple Changes: Frequent rescheduling may result in a rebooking fee or forfeited session.

Timeliness: Sessions begin and end at their scheduled times. Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may be marked as a “no-show.”

How to Reschedule: Email or text confirmations must be sent to officially reschedule a session. Verbal or social media messages do not qualify as official notice.

5. Acknowledgment

By purchasing or scheduling any Seek’n Serenity Wellness Coaching session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these policies. These terms are designed to ensure fairness, protect your privacy, and maintain the integrity of the coaching relationship.
